Homes Out West is governed by a Board of Directors.Homes Out West is a not for profit organisation and aims to meet the housing needs of the communities which we serve.With offices located in Deniliquin and Albury, Homes Out West staff manage over properties along the Murray river corridor from Albury to the South Australian border near Wentworth.About the roleThis is a position Equivalent to 3 days weekly. The Assets Officer is responsible for contributing to the overall success ofsho w by ensuring properties are maintained and repairs are completed within the framework of Homes Out West's policies and procedures.As part of a proactive team which works together to deliver affordable, appropriate, sensitively managed housing to low earners, the Assets Officer is responsible for fulfilling the various responsibilities associated with this role.As a self-starter, the Assets Officer is expected to contribute towards improving the effectiveness of the organisation.Principal dutiesManage client information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrityLiaise with a range of trades and contractorsEnsure quality repairs and maintenance are completed within required timeframesInspect properties as requiredLiaise with client services team to sustain tenancies ON MONDAY 15 AT 5PM.Benefits and perksHomes Out West encourages quality service delivery, team work and a positive work/life philosophy.
