With a focus on continuous investment in research, supply chain efficiency and responsive service culture they specialise in crop protection products in horticulture and broadacre. They own and operate a purpose-built manufacturing facility in WA and supply a comprehensive range of products via their nationalnetwork of sales and distribution partners.
The Role
As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join the business. After initial training and development the position responsibilities will ultimately include:

• Assisting in the planning, marketing and launch of new products
• Applying, assessing and managing field trials
• Enhancing the Imtrade brand and products to customers and key industries to deliver sales growth
• Providing internal feedback on products and markets
• Assisting in driving and supporting R&D projects

The Person
The successful graduate will possess:

• A passion for broadacre cropping and supporting primary producers
• Very high level of motivation and commitment to their professional development
• Proven ability to manage their time and tasks efficiently
• Lateral and innovative mindset
• Tertiary qualification in Agricultural science or similar degree is essential
